19 students and graduates started their professional careers across various Group companies and departments.
During September, we welcomed two additional interns to our offices in Spain and the United States.
Over the past 18 months, a total of 19 students and recent graduates have taken their first professional steps across different companies and areas of the Group. This is a particularly meaningful figure considering the overall size of our team.

Throughout this period, participants have gained first-hand experience of working in an innovative, international industrial company. They have developed professional skills and shared knowledge with multidisciplinary teams across areas including innovation, IT and data, admin, quality, metrology and industrial processes.

These collaborations enable us to bring industry closer to students, strengthen the connection between education and business, and contribute to preparing the professionals of the future.
